Aristocrat Ducks IGT's Inequitable Conduct Claims

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 8:26 PM EDT) -- The California federal judge overseeing Aristocrat Technologies Inc.'s patent infringement suit against rival International Gaming Technology ruled Friday that Aristocrat’s patent family related to progressive gaming systems was not unenforceable due to alleged inequitable conduct.
