Advanced Generic Reloads In Antitrust Suit V. Drug Cos.

Law360, New York (May 12, 2011, 4:08 PM ET) -- Advanced Generic Corp. bulked up its antitrust allegations Wednesday against a slew of drug companies and wholesalers it claims conspired to keep its products out of the Puerto Rican market.
