J.Crew Sues Over Aborted $10M Merger Settlement

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 3:39 PM EDT) -- J.Crew Group Inc., along with the private equity group that recently acquired the clothing retailer, sued in Delaware state court Thursday to enforce a $10 million settlement with a class of shareholders that challenged the buyout.
