Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 3:38 PM EDT) -- A pitched battle before the Federal Communications Commission over the fees that cable and satellite companies pay to carry network TV affiliates has generated much heated rhetoric, but likely won't result in major changes to the current system, attorneys say.
