Ex-Morgan Stanley Broker Accused Of Insider Trading

Law360, New York (May 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Morgan Stanley broker and her hedge fund analyst husband have been arrested in Manhattan on insider trading charges, after being accused of profiting from confidential merger and acquisition information.

On Thursday, David Makol, special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, filed a warrant for Rubin Chen and Jennifer Wang’s arrest, detailing an elaborate insider trading scheme that allegedly netted the couple $600,000 in illegal funds.
