O’Melveny & Myers Adds Four New York Partners

Law360, New York (May 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- O’Melveny & Myers LLP has poached four bankruptcy lawyers from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, nabbing the co-chair of the firm’s restructuring practice and four of his colleagues.

Michael Sage will join O’Melveny & Meyers’ New York office as the co-head of the business restructuring and reorganization group. Sage will be joined by former Stroock partners Gerald Bender, Doron Lipshitz and Patricia Perez.

O’Melveny touted the group hire as a victory for both the firm and its clients.
