Law360, New York (May 16, 2011, 4:05 PM ET) -- A federal judge in Mississippi on Friday tossed bribery charges against Zach Scruggs, son of disgraced anti-tobacco attorney Richard Scruggs, and set a hearing to consider whether to nix the remaining honest services fraud counts against him.
