Judge Won't Pull Pin On Grenade Whistleblower Suit

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 5:53 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss a whistleblower suit brought by an ex-employee of DSE Inc. accusing the company and various subcontractors of a scheme to provide defective 40-millimeter grenades to the U.S. armed forces.
