Ex-Costco Employee Won't Stand For Lack Of Seats

Law360, New York (May 18, 2011, 2:01 PM EDT) -- Costco Wholesale Corp. on May 12 became the latest company to face a proposed class action in California state court alleging it failed to supply employees with proper seating accommodations.

Suzanne Justice, a cashier who worked at Costco for at least four years, filed a complaint claiming the discount retailer did not provide suitable seats for a putative class of current and former employees who worked the store cash registers.
