Hawker Wins Access To Relator Docs In Faulty Part Suit

Law360, New York (May 19, 2011, 7:51 PM ET) -- A Kansas federal judge on Wednesday granted Hawker Beechcraft Corp. access to certain communications between the government and two relators in a whistleblower action alleging Hawker and its supplier deceived the government about the quality of military plane parts.
