Ex-Bingham Recruiter Gets $1.9M In Merger Row

Law360, New York (May 19, 2011, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles arbitrator on Tuesday ordered Bingham McCutchen LLP to pay nearly $1.9 million to a recruiter who was contracted to negotiate the firm's 2009 acquisition of McKee Nelson LLP.
