Law360, New York (May 19, 2011, 5:44 PM ET) -- A Nevada bankruptcy judge on Wednesday tossed the state of Montana's involuntary bankruptcy petition against the co-founder of bankrupt Yellowstone Mountain Club LLC, who lives in Washington state.
U.S. District Judge Bruce A. Markell said in a bench ruling that Nevada was an improper venue for the tax dispute, according to attorneys involved in the case.
