GAO Denies Protest Of $3B MetLife Dental Contract

Law360, New York (May 19, 2011, 2:20 PM EDT) -- In a decision released Monday, the U.S. Government Accountability Office rejected United Concordia Cos. Inc.'s challenge to the award to Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. of a $3 billion U.S. Department of Defense contract to provide dental care to military families.
