Workers Fired For Harassment, Not Facebook: Nonprofit

Law360, New York (May 23, 2011, 7:23 PM ET) -- A New York nonprofit accused by a National Labor Relations Board office of wrongly firing five employees for posting negative comments on Facebook denied the allegations Thursday, contending the workers were discharged for harassing a colleague.
