Texas Challenges EPA's Greenhouse Gas Findings

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 3:15 PM EDT) -- Texas and a slew of energy industry advocates lodged opening briefs Friday with the D.C. Circuit in an attempt to shoot down the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's finding that greenhouse gas emissions endanger human health and welfare.

The EPA's endangerment finding, finalized in December 2009, set the stage for a number of other regulations aimed at reducing GHGs from both mobile and stationary sources.
