FTC Takes Closer Look At Seagate-Samsung Deal

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 11:58 AM EDT) -- Seagate Technology PLC said Monday that it had received a request from the Federal Trade Commission for more information about its $1.4 billion cross-licensing agreement with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., as the agency reviews the deal for potential anti-competitive effects.
