House Bill Takes Aim At NLRB's Boeing Complaint

Law360, New York (May 25, 2011, 6:50 PM EDT) -- A Republican lawmaker from South Carolina introduced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday in response to the National Labor Relations Board's much-criticized complaint alleging Boeing Co. violated federal law by transferring work to a nonunion facility in his state.
