Judge Can't Nix Fees For Atty In OT Suit: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (May 26, 2011, 8:22 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday overturned a New York federal judge's approval of more than $500,000 in fees for a lawyer who failed to keep records in an overtime suit, saying the judge's personal observation of the attorney's work was not grounds for an award.
