Nev. Gaming Regulators OK Station Casinos Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 12:29 PM ET) -- Station Casinos Inc. won approval from Nevada gaming regulators Thursday for its restructuring, which will see the company go to the founder's sons, as it continues to clear a path out of bankruptcy after the financial crisis and a failed debt deal helped drag it down nearly two years ago.
