ITC To Review Nokia-Apple Patent Case

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 3:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Thursday that it would review an administrative law judge's March ruling that Apple Inc.'s iPhones, iPods and computers do not infringe several Nokia Corp. patents.

The judge found on March 25 that Apple did not infringe any of Nokia's five asserted patents, which cover mobile battery, camera, touch screen and antenna technology.
