Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 4:41 PM ET) -- Geogas Trading SA sued Sunoco Inc. in New York on Thursday, claiming that a sales contract between the companies obligates Sunoco to cover a €9.3 million ($13.4 million) settlement related to gas Geogas purchased from Sunoco that damaged a Borealis AB plant.
