Pentagon, Others Adopt Rule On Tax Haven Contractors

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 7:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense, General Services Administration and NASA adopted a final rule Tuesday banning the award of contracts to companies that have incorporated in foreign countries to avoid U.S. taxes, making some changes to an interim rule.
