Feds Rain On Contractors' Cert Bid In Bribery Case

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors last week urged the U.S. Supreme Court not to take up claims that two contractors convicted of bribing their way to a New Orleans reconstruction project were improperly barred from fully cross-examining a cooperating witness at trial.
