Law360, New York (June 02, 2011, 12:50 PM ET) -- Cooley LLP said Wednesday that it had hired veteran mergers and acquisitions attorney Craig A. Menden, who has more than 100 corporate transactions under his belt, from SNR Denton for its Palo Alto, Calif., office.
Menden can tally up a $35 billion aggregate value in mergers he's already worked on, Cooley said.
