Law360, New York (June 02, 2011, 4:01 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Wednesday granted an early termination of its antitrust review of bankrupt Station Casinos Inc.'s $500 million purchase of Nevada hotel and casino Green Valley Ranch Gaming LLC through a prepackaged plan of reorganization.
The FTC said it had accepted the companies' request for an early termination, meaning the agency has completed its antitrust review of the deal and decided not to take any enforcement action during the statutory waiting period.
