Law360, New York (June 02, 2011, 5:02 PM ET) -- The former payroll manager of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, the investment firm of convicted Ponzi schemer Bernard L. Madoff, will plead guilty to fraud charges in New York federal court next week, prosecutors said Thursday.
Eric S. Lipkin will plead guilty to a six-count superseding indictment and is cooperating with the government, prosecutors said in a letter to U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain.
