Law360, New York (June 03, 2011, 2:46 PM ET) -- A Connecticut federal judge refused Wednesday to boot state law claims from a class action alleging an AT&T Inc. subsidiary improperly classifies a group of workers as managers and treats them as exempt from overtime laws.
