ARB Ruling May Reverse SOX Whistleblowers' Fortunes

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A recent ruling that resurrected Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower claims by two employees of Parexel International LLC who alleged they were fired for speaking up about fraud may help turn around the historically low success rates of SOX whistleblowers, attorneys say.
