Fed. Circ. Upholds Knowles Win In Mic Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 3, 2011, 4:48 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday upheld a ruling by the U.S. International Trade Commission against Malaysia-based Mems Technology Berhad, finding that the company's silicon microphone products infringed on microtechnology patents held by Knowles Electronics LLC.
