Judge Severs Claims In XTO Gas Royalty Suit

Law360, New York (June 03, 2011, 7:21 PM ET) -- A Kansas federal judge ruled Wednesday that a putative class action over XTO Energy Inc.’s alleged failure to fully pay interests on natural gas royalties should be split so that claims involving Oklahoma royalty owners are transferred to federal court in that state.
