Judge Trims MRI Class Action Against State Farm

Law360, New York (June 06, 2011, 2:18 PM ET) -- State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. on Friday won the dismissal of unjust enrichment and declaratory and injunctive relief claims in a putative class action in Florida accusing the insurer of failing to pay proper amounts for magnetic resonance imaging services.
