TGI Friday's 'Never-Ending Shrimp' Promo Indeed Will End

Law360, New York (June 06, 2011, 8:25 PM ET) -- The owner of restaurant chains Red Lobster and Olive Garden settled its suit in California on Friday over a TGI Friday's Inc. franchisee's "never-ending shrimp" promotion that allegedly infringed on a trademark for Olive Garden's "never-ending pasta bowl" slogan.
