US Seeks Prison Time For Ex-Taylor Bean Execs

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors on Saturday asked that Taylor Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp.'s former treasurer be sentenced to eight years in prison for her role in the company's $2.9 billion mortgage fraud and that its former president be sentenced to five.
