Law360, New York (June 07, 2011, 12:22 PM ET) -- MGA Entertainment Inc. said Monday that it would recall 6,200 Bratz makeup design sketch books, reporting that bacteria found in the eye shadow portion of the toys during finished product testing could threaten the sight of people with compromised immune systems.
The sketch books, which depict a pouty-faced doll that has been at the heart of a seven-year-old intellectual property dispute, include colored pencils to make up the dolls as well as real makeup, according to a product description from Walmart.
