Law360, New York (June 07, 2011, 7:49 PM ET) -- A federal judge in New York on Friday granted class certification to Forest Laboratories Inc. sales representatives who claim they were wrongly classified as exempt from overtime pay.
U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley granted the employees' motion for conditional collective action against Forest Labs and its subsidiary Forest Pharmaceuticals Inc. under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
