CIT Upholds Pasta Duties On Italian Exporter

Law360, New York (June 8, 2011, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday affirmed the U.S. Department of Commerce's redetermination of a previously remanded portion of its review of anti-dumping duties on pasta from Italy.

Judge Timothy Stanceu upheld the results despite the objections of plantiff Pasta Zara SpA, an Italian producer and exporter of pasta products, which filed suit over the 11th administrative review of an anti-dumping duty order on certain pasta from Italy.
