Judge Approves Sprint Unit’s $2.7M OT Settlement

Law360, San Diego (June 07, 2011, 9:49 PM ET) -- A Sprint Nextel Corp. subsidiary won approval Tuesday for a $2.7 million settlement in an Illinois class action involving 13,000 cellphone store employees who claim the company violated labor laws and their employment contract by failing to pay proper overtime wages.
