US Review Of TransCanada Pipeline Not Enough: EPA

Law360, New York (June 7, 2011, 9:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday called the Department of State's draft analysis of the environmental impacts of TransCanada Corp.'s Keystone XL fuel pipeline inadequate.

In a letter sent to the State Department, the EPA said the supplemental draft environmental impact statement "does not contain sufficient information to fully assess the environmental impacts of the proposed project."
