Law360, New York (June 08, 2011, 2:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. General Services Administration awarded General Dynamics Corp. an $867 million task order to develop networking infrastructure at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's headquarters Tuesday, seven months after the company protested the award of the contract to Northrop Grumman Corp.
The contractor will be responsible for developing DHS' technology integration program in concert with construction of new headquarters at the St. Elizabeths campus in southeast Washington, which will bring 22 DHS agencies together in a central location, the GSA said.
