Law360, New York (June 09, 2011, 2:16 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday declined to certify Pennsylvania and Massachusetts opt-out classes in an overtime pay suit brought against Citizens Financial Group Inc. by assistant branch managers, who previously won certification of a federal opt-in class.
