Law360, New York (June 08, 2011, 9:12 PM ET) -- A Nevada bankruptcy judge on Wednesday approved a reorganization plan for two Station Casinos Inc. subsidiaries, marking the last piece of the puzzle the gambling company needed to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Gregg W. Zive approved the plan for Green Valley Ranch Gaming LLC and Aliante Gaming LLC, in which Green Valley will be sold to a Station entity called Station Holdco LLC run by Station's founders.
