Schering-Plough Denied Injunction In Sunscreen Suit

Law360, New York (June 8, 2011, 10:04 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Delaware on Wednesday denied Schering-Plough Healthcare Products Inc.'s second request for a permanent injunction against Neutrogena Corp. in a false advertising suit over sunscreen containing a patented formulation of ingredients.

U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson said Schering-Plough had failed to explain how it was suffering or would suffer irreparable harm without the injunctive relief.
