Takeda Sues Over Diabetes Drug Patent

Law360, New York (May 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. filed suit against Sandoz Inc. on Wednesday, alleging that the generics maker’s Abbreviated New Drug Application infringes seven of Takeda’s patents for blockbuster diabetes treatment Actos.
