Luxembourg Co. Sues Skype Over VoIP Patents

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 12:50 PM ET) -- A patent holder sued Skype Technologies SA in Delaware federal court on Thursday, alleging the online communications juggernaut infringed two patents with its Voice over Internet Protocol services, on the heels of similar suits filed in Europe.
