Fired Lawyer Sues Allen & Overy For $35M In Sex Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 9, 2011, 10:44 PM EDT) -- A former banking and finance attorney at Allen & Overy LLP’s Moscow office sued the firm for $35 million in New York state court Thursday, alleging she was harassed and then wrongfully terminated after a sexual encounter with her supervisor.
