Law360, New York (June 09, 2011, 7:55 PM ET) -- Wellogix Inc. on Thursday settled a three-year-old Texas lawsuit it brought against BP PLC's American arm, which allegedly broke a deal to use Wellogix's accounting software and stole its computer code.
