AIG Unit Can't Shake Investment Adviser Contract Suit

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 6:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Virginia on Friday refused to toss a suit brought by investment adviser Scott & Stringfellow LLC over an American International Group Inc. unit's alleged failure to pay a contractually mandated fee on a $400 million municipal asset sale.
