Goldman, Others Join Protest Over Lehman Disclosures

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 8:26 PM EDT) -- More than a dozen banks and investment firms, including Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley Capital Services Inc., joined growing opposition Friday in New York to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bondholders' request for the disclosure of sensitive financial information in its bankruptcy.
