Law360, New York (June 13, 2011, 3:44 PM ET) -- E-commerce provider Supply Chain Connect LLC lodged suits in Delaware and Texas on Friday alleging BP PLC, Dow Chemical Co. and more than two dozen other energy and chemical companies have infringed a patent by using online transaction services from two of its rivals.
Supply Chain Connect claims that Elemica Inc. and Quadrem International Holdings Ltd., both of which provide businesses with online services billed as improving supply chain transactions, have infringed U.S. Patent Number 7,451,107.
