Cypress Semiconductor Seeks ITC SRAM Probe

Law360, New York (June 13, 2011, 3:27 PM EDT) -- Cypress Semiconductor Corp. asked the U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday to launch an investigation examining whether imports of certain static random access memory products are lawful.

In a brief notice, the ITC said Cypress had asked the commission to conduct an investigation under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, naming proposed respondents GSI Technology Inc., Alcatel-Lucent, Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, Motorola Solutions Inc., Arrow Electronics Inc. and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp.
